QA Documentation Coordinator

Job SummaryAdminister, monitor, review and maintain the Document Control process.
+ Review and evaluate documentation that is prepared for inclusion in the Quality System as defined in the Quality System Manual and according to approved SOP's.
+ Perform accurately, and efficiently, all document control functions that pertain to the incorporation of documentation in the Quality System.
+ Administer the change control system according to approved SOP's.
+ Issue approved documentation that pertains to the Quality System.
+ Provide organization, direction, response to process problems, and documented training for personnel that directly perform duties within the document control system.
+ Maintain control of all Master Quality System Documents through the approval process, including both hand-written and electronic signature processes.
+ Maintain change control records according to the approved SOP. Maintain and organize all document Master files (hard copy and electronic) per current SOP.
+ Maintain all active and inactive Quality Systems Documents.
+ Identify any other referenced documentation affected by a change and the potential affect on the other documents.
+ Perform periodic audits of all officially issued documentation at point of use for completeness and correctness.
+ Provide upon request, original masters or appropriately identified copies for purposes of training, revision, regulatory review, etc.
+ Perform written and electronic documentation in compliance with document control procedures.
+ Maintain a clean and organized work area at all times.
+ Ensure compliance with all SOP's related to Document Control and Company policies
+ Provide accurate, legible, and complete processing documentation.
+ Other duties as assigned
QUALIFICATIONS (Education/Training, Experience and Certifications)
+ High school diploma; associates degree preferred
+ 1+ years office experience
+ Computer software experience to include Word, Excel, and Powerpoint
KNOWLEDGE SKILLS AND ABILITIES (Those necessary to perform the job competently)
+ Ability to read and interpret documents of instruction
+ Ability to prioritize and manage time well
+ Ability to understand Quality System document requirements per ISO 9001
+ Ability to handle multiple tasks
+ Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
+ Ability to work independent of direct supervision
+ Ability to work well with others
Typically works in an office environment with adequate lighting and ventilation and a normal range of temperature and noise level.
Work assignments are diversified. Examples of past precedent are used to resolve work problems. New alternatives may be developed to resolve problems.
A frequent volume of work and deadlines impose strain on routine basis.
Minimal physical effort is required. Work is mostly sedentary but does require walking, standing, bending, reaching, lifting or carrying objects that typically weigh less than 10 lbs.

Don't Be Fooled

The fraudster will send a check to the victim who has accepted a job. The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
