Demolition Site Superintendent / Quality Control Manager

Demolition Site Superintendent / Quality Control Manager (dual hat) is needed to oversee subcontractors on a local Federal Installation's demolition/abatement project.
Applicants MUST have at least 3 years experience in the demolition/construction field preferably in a Supervisory or Leadership position.
Applicants MUST be able to pass background screening (criminal background check) for access to Federal Government Installations, and MUST be documented citizens of the USA.
It is a plus if applicants have certifications for OSHA 30, CPR/First Aid, and the USACE Quality Control Management (QCM) course.
All salaries are negotiable depending upon knowledge and experience.

Don't Be Fooled

The fraudster will send a check to the victim who has accepted a job. The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
