Manage a biweekly pay schedule; handle the submission of employee hours and proof reports for accuracy Efficiently process payroll for three entities, ensuring timely and accurate payments for 80-90 staff members Manage bank statements to maintain financial accuracy Maintain records and organize filing systems to streamline administrative processes Administer simple IRA plan, including entering employee and employer match contributions Coordinate payments with their affiliated banks; direct deposit setup and bank entries Job postings per departmental needs Assist in personnel set up, conduct exit interviews, and perform monthly bank reconciliations Background expected of the Human Resources Manager:
