The successful candidate will be part of a team of UX designers and design thinking experts to enable innovation and improve the customer experience across all digital touchpointsThe Principal Designer will report to the Senior Director, User Experience as part of the Digital Transformation teamThe successful candidate will help further the GPS UX and Service Design capabilities and partner closely with Functions and Operating Units, Business Insights and Analytics (BIA) and IT who build and deploy capabilities and technologies.
Key ResponsibilitiesLead and successfully deliver intuitive and impactful digital experiences, bringing a user-centered approach to project teams.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to lead user requirements definition, create wireframes and prototypes, and conduct user testing to validate design concepts.
Conduct discovery activities such as workflow mapping exercises, ideation sessions, and other design thinking activities to identify and prioritize customer needs.
Translate requirements and data into wireframes and prototypes that effectively convey your ideas and communicate solutions to project teams, stakeholders, and customers.
Contribute to a growing design team by leading initiatives to develop, maintain, and instill best practices and processes to ensure consistency and quality across all digital experiences.
Evangelize user experience and design thinking best practices to guide project teams to ensure high-quality outcomes.
Stay up to date with emerging design trends and technologies, incorporating them into our design processes and methodologies.
RequirementsDemonstrates enthusiasm and energy to actively contribute to transforming and disrupting organizations, with tenacity and perseverance for helping to drive change.
Bachelor's or Master's degree in Design, Human-Computer Interaction, or a related field.
8
years of experience in UX design, with a focus on digital experiences.
Strong portfolio of work that demonstrates expertise in UX design, design thinking, and user research.
Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams and stakeholders.
Experience with design thinking workshops and applying design thinking methodologies to solve complex business problems.
Experience working in a manufacturing or supply chain environment is a plus.

The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
