Our client, a pharmaceutical company in Devens, MA, is seeking a temporary Recruiting Administrative Assistant to join their team.
This role is slated for 3
months with a 8:
30-5:
00 schedule and compensates up to $27/hr depending on candidate experience.
This position will support all administrative needs within the Talent Acquisition Department.
Responsibilities include scheduling interviews, organizing candidate travel, managing onsite logistics during interviews, posting jobs, managing the administrative tasks of new hire onboarding along with other administrative tasks as assigned.
Key Responsibilities Collaborate with Talent Acquisition Partners, hiring managers, interview teams, and candidates to coordinate/schedule phone screens, interviews, and feedback meetings.
Assist with updating the Applicant tracking system with candidate information and refreshing job postings.
Track and maintain interview candidate schedules, status of interviews, and flow.
Schedule new hire onboarding and work directly with new hires as main point of contact throughout the onboarding process.
Assist with administrate tasks of onboarding.
Maintain job descriptions and job postings.
Assist with weekly / monthly reporting and track open requisitions.
Ensure each candidate has a unique and enjoyable experience.
Other duties as required QualificationsExcellent computer literacy skills including advanced knowledge of PowerPoint, Word, Excel, and Database systems experienceMust exhibit strong customer service orientation and a high sense of urgency.
Experience managing calendars and scheduling is highly desiredHigh attention to detailMust have worked in a highly confidential role in the past.
Must have excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Strong troubleshooting and decision-making skills.
