MRB Coordinator

This is a 6
month full-time contract for an Material Review Board Coordinator position.
You will be an integral part of the quality review process for the cutting-edge technology our client is developing.
What you'll do:
Create non-conformance tickets in the ERP system with the information supplied from various teams, including suppliers.
Ensure accuracy and completeness of the technical information required for dispositioning and traceability of components.
Follow-up with responsible parties for timely closure of non-conformances.
Work with inventory and manufacturing teams to clearly identify and quarantine non-conforming material.
Complete necessary ERP transactions to move material in and out of Quality hold locations.
Review trends and report non-conformance KPIs.
Organize and maintain the MRB cage and quarantine areas throughout the production lines.
What you'll need:
Previous experience with electronic or cloud based nonconformance management, tickets, and associated technical writing.
Ability to interpret engineering drawings and technical documents.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Exceptional problem-solving skills.
Ability to work in a highly dynamic and fast-paced environment.
Ability to organize and prioritize at the task level according to top level company objectives.
Ability to influence and drive for results in a matrixed working environment.
Demonstrated history of being a collaborative team player with a bias for customer service.
Preferred:
Experience with tight tolerances, complex machined-part drawing requirements, and nomenclature.
