QA Technician
Summary for Quality Assurance Technician The quality control inspector position conducts origination inspection of incoming parts and supplies used for manufacture of products.
Essential Functions Inspect products using gauges, coordinate measuring machine, scales, oscilloscope and vision prior to shipment.
Reconcile final inspection documentation for shipments.
Interact with source inspector as needed.
Test incoming raw materials.
The verification of products throughout Production Process to ensure compliance to customer requirements.
The ability to perform and report inspection/test results in a manner which is consistent with ISO 9001-2008 and Aerospace policy/procedures.

Knowledge of ISO/AS requirements Work Environment While performing the duties of this job, the employee is frequently exposed to fumes or airborne particles, moving mechanical parts and vibration.
